About Professional Pet Portraits & Grooming

Professional Pet Portrait & Grooming started out 13 years ago on Canyon Road in Boulder City as a little grooming shop.  In 13 years, our shop has grown to be a well established grooming shop with the added exotics of a photography studio, pet massage parlor and essential oils.
Pearl Johnstone, shown at right with Bear, is the owner of Professional Pet Portraits & Grooming. Pearl has 20 years of experience in the pet grooming industry. She graduated from the International School of Dog Grooming in Las Vegas, and continued on as an instructor for a few years. For over 4 years, Pearl has competed in many categories of grooming competitions. Pearl is a Nationally Certified Master Groomer, Companion Animal Hygientist, and Small Animal Massage Provider.
During her ownership of Professional Pet Portraits & Grooming, Pearl has excelled in her grooming skills, blossomed into a fine pet photographer, and has taken courses on theraputic pet massage. Pearl has owned and managed Professionl Pet Portraits and grooming for the past 13 years. During that time, she has focused her attention on providing a safe and healthy environment for pets, as well as helping pet owners provide a healthy way of life for their pets.
Professional Pet Portraits & Grooming offers raw healthy food for dogs and cats.  We also have exotic treats such as dried kangaroo and chicken liver.   At Professional Pet Portraits & Grooming, we work hard to treat your pets with the utmost care, and we believe in making suggestions to pet owners when issues are found that are unhealthy for their pets.
Professional Pet Portraits & Grooming is now offering Oma’s Pride Raw Frozen diet.  Your dog or cat deserves the best, and the best food for them is what their bodies are developed to eat.  Humans have ruined our own diet by packaging and creating a faster and easier way to eat.  But in this process, we include additives and chemicals that take away from the natural sources that have been provided.  Unfortunatel,y we have created the same effect for our animals.  Why do we assume that feeding our dogs and cats food out of a bag is acceptable?
